As soon as your payment is confirmed you can download your files from the confirmation page. We also email you a link, so you can download them again later.

No. Everything we sell is a digital download, and nothing is posted to you. You print the pages yourself.

Our printable workbooks are PDF files, and some titles also come as EPUB. Some resources arrive as a ZIP file containing several PDFs. Each product page lists the files you get.

Yes. The PDFs are made for printing on a home printer. Print at 100% (Actual size) so the pages come out at the right scale.

Several workbooks include separate A4 and US Letter files. Check the product page or description before you buy to see which paper sizes a resource includes.

Yes. You can print as many copies as you need for your own household, or for one classroom you teach, so you can print pages again whenever a child needs more practice.

Yes. Each purchase covers one household, or one classroom taught by the person who bought it. Using a resource in more than one classroom, or across a school, needs our permission first, so please contact us.

No. The licence doesn't allow sharing, giving away, lending, reselling or uploading the files, or your download link, to other families, teachers or classrooms. They can buy their own copy.

Use Resend my download links with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll email your links again. We aim to keep links working, but please download and keep your own copy soon after buying.

If a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what we described, email us and we'll replace it or refund you. You also keep your legal rights as a consumer when you buy digital content.
